School Computing and Networking

Kappalyn has been a specialist in educational technology since the 1980s.
During this time Kappalyn has been responsible for the servicing and maintenance of school computer systems and networks as well as providing new and innovative hardware. Kappalyn has a strong reputation in the education sector for its broad knowledge and understanding of the school software systems such as OASIS as well as its outstanding service to the schools. Kappalyn has even been consulted by DET technicians over problems that they have not been able to solve.

School Audio Visual - Smart Boards, Projectors, Sound and TV

Kappalyn has completed many Audio Visual installations in schools based on wireless or IT networking in the school, networks that Kappalyn has been installing, developing and evolving over the past 25 years. These include:

• Multiple large screen TV's to handle mass gatherings to TV/AV distribution throughout the school
• New school technology smart boards and projectors-both standard and short throw.
• PA Systems throughout the school campus using cutting edge IP based PA Systems
• Theatres- from intimate drama theatres to whole school assembly halls/auditoriums

School Hardware

Kappalyn has been providing hardware to schools for over 25 years eg. barcode readers, printers, receipt printers, cash drawers as well as well as other IT items such as network switches, cables, consumables etc.
